Our Legal Approach

Not having an estate and disability plan can create serious problems for your family. For this reason, we try to make the planning process as safe and easy as possible. Here are some of the ways we do that.

Free Estate Planning Seminars

We offer free seminars. A recent survey showed that only 34% of people actually have a will, but a “whopping 95% agree that services and access to information about creating estate plans would help them take action.”  The lack of information naturally leads us to do nothing.

For this reason, we offer free 2-hour seminars on The Basics of Estate Planning: What You Need to Know to Protect Your Family and Yourself.” The seminars are free, but we keep them small, so seats are limited. For this reason, reservations are required. For a schedule of upcoming seminars or to reserve your seat, click Seminars.

Fair and Transparent Legal Fees

Our fees are fair and transparent. Our fees are not the cheapest in town, but we do promise to charge a fair fee transparently. We do this in several ways:

We keep your information confidential

We are nonjudgmental and keep your information confidential. If anyone in our office happens to know any of your friends or family, you need not worry that your private information will be divulged to them or to anyone else unless you specifically approve in advance.

In addition, to properly represent clients, lawyers often ask personal questions that clients are sometimes understandably reluctant to answer. However, you may rest assured that you can discuss any matters with our firm without being judged in any way. We believe that lawyers exist to help people solve their problems – not to judge them for having them.

Our office is easy to get to. Our office is easy to find. It’s easy to park and it’s easy to get in and out of. Parking is ample – and free. Our office is on the first floor and is handicap accessible. For directions to our office, click Contact Us.
